Accreditation Programs Traditionally in-house training has brought gains to companies through programs that are contextualised to the company requirements. Many of these programs however, have not been linked to a national training standard and in today’s environment, there is a growing need for national recognition of training programs that requires companies to invest in mapping as well as retaining a large in-house training and development department besides being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The costs of in-house training are continually growing and in order to build on existing company programs, the Institute’s consultancy team can map out in-house company programs against national competencies and national qualifications and, should the company require, also undertakes the role of the specialist RTO to award certification of staff. “When we made the decision to arrange for national accreditation of our training program, we knew that ANZIIF were the right people to approach. Their strong reputation, industry experience and valuable knowledge were key factors in assisting us to achieve a national standard of training in our organisation. From the very first discussions, during the consultative process and right through to the final review and signoff stages, ANZIIF gave us complete confidence that not only were we in safe hands, but they would work together with us to achieve our goals. They always made themselves available, as well as being happy to give us the direction and guidance that were necessary for a successful outcome. We look forward to continuing our education and training relationship with ANZIIF.” Katherine Dorfmueller, Technical Training Analyst, CommInsure More Information For more information on accreditation programs and/or mapping training programs to national competencies or qualifications, email our Client Solutions team or contact them here.
