Accreditation Programs

Traditionally in-house training has brought gains to companies through programs that are contextualised to the company requirements.

Many of these programs however, have not been linked to a national training standard and in today’s environment, there is a growing need for national recognition of training programs that requires companies to invest in mapping as well as retaining a large in-house training and development department besides being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The costs of in-house training are continually growing and in order to build on existing company programs, the Institute’s consultancy team can map out in-house company programs against national competencies and national qualifications and, should the company require, also undertakes the role of the specialist RTO to award certification of staff.
