Life Insurance Diploma of Financial Services – Life Insurance and Superannuation Course Objective The Institute’s Diploma of Financial Services – Life Insurance is designed for employees working in life insurance who perform such duties as managing customer and client services, financial and business processes, advisory and distribution services or managing a branch or section within a company. The Diploma builds technical knowledge and skill to provide quality insurance services to clients and effective management of a life insurance business.
