Tier 2 General Insurance compliance course is available online. Students are required to successfully complete an online exam plus a Workplace Skills Observation assessment.

Distance Learning

Selected award course modules from the Certificate IV or Diploma qualifications provide Tier 1 level compliance through distance learning. These courses are nationally accredited as Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) qualifications.

The Institute encourages those who have completed their compliance modules to undertake further study to complete a full AQTF qualification in their relevant discipline.

Tutorials

A number of compliance tutorials can also be undertaken to complement enrolment in the relevant study modules within nominated study periods. Refer to the 2008 Academic Calendar for a list of study periods.

Tier 1 insurance broking, personal accident and sickness and life insurance and superannuation compliance tutorials are two days in length and are delivered to students through the Institute’s branch network. The tutorials are also available for delivery to corporate clients.

A one day Tier 2 General Insurance tutorial is available both to corporate clients and through the branch network.
