Institute Academic Achievement Awards To recognise and celebrate individual student excellence, the Institute annually presents a number of Academic Achievement Awards. Institute Student of the Year Award Student of the Year Awards are conferred on those students who receive the highest average result in each of the Institute’s ten award qualifications. Regional Student of the Year Awards Regional Student of the Year Awards are conferred on those students who receive the highest average result in each of the Institute’s ten award qualifications, in each of the following regions. - Each Australian State and Territory
- New Zealand
- South Pacific
- South East Asia
- East Asia
- South Asia
- Rest of World.
Module Academic Achievement Awards Module Academic Achievement Awards are conferred on students who receive the highest mark for each module. Fellowship Prize Fellowship Prizes are awarded to those students who achieve the highest overall result in completion of post-graduate programs which lead to Fellowship of the Institute. These awards are currently made to students at Deakin University (Australia), University of Technology – Sydney (Australia), and Nankai University (Tianjin, China). Conditions, Procedures and Responsibilities Prizes are awarded annually, based on results of modules or courses finished in the calendar year. No applications are required and successful students will be notified. Awards for Student of the Year or Module Academic Achievement are given only where an average result of Distinction or higher is achieved.
