Cancellation and Substitution Policy Cancellations in writing made before Friday 29 August 2008 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee and cancellations in writing made between Monday 1 September and Friday 5 September 2008 will receive a 50% refund. Unfortuantely after this date we are not able to offer refunds. In the event of a Registrant’s inability to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome.
