Elders Insurance Limited

In October 2002, Jonathon commenced with Elders Insurance Limited as the National Claims Technical Insurance Manager and moved onto National Manager Claims and Operational Services.

Jonathon is currently General Manager- Insurance Operations and has responsibility for the management of Product & Underwriting, Training & Development, Communications, Credit Control, Business Intelligence & Systems Development. He previously managed the Compliance, Risk and Operational Audit areas.

Jonathon has been employed in various roles within the insurance industry during the past 18 years, commencing with AMP General Insurance Limited in 1990. Jonathon has also worked in Adelaide and Sydney and held senior positions in Claims as well as a number of roles in Underwriting and Customer Service.

Jonathon has a Bachelor of Management (Employee Relations Management) from the University of South Australia, a Diploma through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certificate in Executive Decision Making gained at the Swiss Insurance Training Centre, Zurich.
