Through the Institute’s customised education service you can gain the competitive edge for your organisation by incorporating company culture and products into staff training and compliance workshops and programs.  

The Institute’s consultancy team works with you and your Learning and Development team and technical experts to develop educational products and services tailored to meet your company’s specific training needs.

The Institute can customise any number of education products from award course learning modules to facilitated workshops so as to incorporate scenarios, case studies and examples drawn from your own workplace environment. 

This not only adds product and company relevancy to the materials but is also a very effective method of retaining organisational knowledge by incorporating it into training programs.

The Institute takes great care in customising educational products to reflect market conditions. The subject matter and mode of delivery is structured to ensure your staff receive the maximum benefit of training and are able to transfer this learning to the workplace.

To ensure that staff aren’t out of the office too long, the Institute’s workshops can be either held in company training sites utilising facilitators sourced by the Institute or at the Institute’s training facilities.
