Financial Services Reform Overview

This program has been developed by Institute staff and industry specialists to provide an overview of the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) and its implications to employees who do not provide financial product advice.

Course content:
This program covers the following key areas

• A brief outline of FSRA
• Retail and wholesale clients
• Financial product advice
• Licensing requirements
• Training requirements under the FSRA.

All material presented reflects the most up-to-date information currently available.

User-friendly interface
Each section contains relevant explanatory charts and graphs, case studies and self-help questions to help you assess your understanding of the content.

Assessment
An online examination of 20 multiple choice questions tests overall understanding. To successfully complete the module you will need to gain a mark of 75% on the examination. On successful completion of this assessment, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Self-manage your compliance training
This program has been designed for licensing and uploading onto company intranets enabling them to self-manage their privacy compliance training and engage as many staff as possible. Companies are able to monitor activity and performance of their staff.

Cost-effective
The program has been designed to cater for both individual and bulk enrolments, with larger group discounts applicable.
Fees
Individual users A$75
A sliding discount scale will apply for companies enrolling large numbers of users.
